12 successful Tips for young and ambitious entrepreneurs
Learning from successful entrepreneurs
is one good way for us examples. Having a mentor is a tremendous blessing for
an entrepreneur, but not everyone can find a personal mentor to him.
If you haven't found your personal
business mentor, here are 21 tips for a young entrepreneur or candidate to help
you start a business.
1. Yourself.
Richard Branson said his greatest
motivation was to remain challenging himself. He treats life like a lengthy
university education, where he can learn more every day. You can too!
2. Do the work you care about.
There is no doubt that running a
business takes a lot of time. Steve Jobs notes that the only way to be
satisfied in life is to do the work you believe in.
3. Take the risk.
"We never knew the outcome of our
efforts unless we actually did it" Jeff Bezos said it was to help figure
out that he wouldn't regret the failure, but he would regret otherwise trying.
4. Believe in yourself.
As Henry Ford famously said, "Do
you think you can, or think you can't, you are right." Believe me that you
can succeed, and you will find your way through various obstacles. Otherwise,
you will only find the reason.
5. Have a vision.
Tumblr's founder and CEO, David Karp,
noted that an entrepreneur is someone who has a vision for something and a
desire to make it. Keep your vision clear at all times.
6. Find a good person.
Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn,
notes that the quickest way to transform yourself is to hang out with people
who are already as you want.
7. Face your fears.
Overcoming fear is not an easy thing,
but it must be done. Arianna Huffington once said that he was so strong up to
the muscles – the more he trained, the stronger it would be.
8. Take action.
The world is full of great ideas, but
success only comes through the action. Walt Disney once said that the easiest
way to start is to stop talking and start doing. That also applies to your
success.
9. Time.
Nothing works right away, and everyone
ever becomes a beginner. As Steve Jobs said wisely, "if you take a closer
look, the majority of success takes a long time." Don't be afraid to
invest time in your company.
10. Manage energy, not time.
Your energy limits what you can do with
your time, so manage wisely.
11. Build a great team.
Nothing works in its own business, and
those who try will lose with a great team every time. Build your own great team
to increase your success.
12. Give more than you expect.
Larry Page (Google CEO) encourages
entrepreneurs to deliver more than expected customers. This is a great way to get
noticed in your industry and build loyal supporters.
Being a successful businessman takes a
lot of work, lots of vision and a lot of persistence. These 12 tips come from
entrepreneurs who have found success, what they say can be our example in the
company.
